About

Meet your guide

Hi, I am Kristína. I have been drawn to the mountains since I was young, but over time they became more than just a place to go. They became a way of living, where simplicity, physical effort, and supporting each other bring me back to what really matters.

The story

I have come to realise that stepping outside of our comfort zone, away from technology and constant distraction, is where both body and mind begin to reset. With every step higher and further, I have learned to trust my body more, sharpen my senses, and let go of unnecessary noise of mind.

In those moments, the landscape begins to speak in its own way, often showing each person what they need to perceive.

Multi-day journeys in nature have always made me come back a different person. Things that felt stuck would fall into place on their own. In a time of constant noise, digital distraction, and endless optimisation, walking through nature is a way to return to simplicity, to basic needs, to a clear head. It won't change the world, but it helps people get closer to their own authenticity.

When we walk through nature the landscape becomes an active mirror of what we carry inside. We approach it as a partner, not as a resource. With every step, through the return to our basic senses, we get closer to ourselves. And the beautiful thing is that every person comes with their own story, their own uniqueness, and each journey is always a different story.

This brand is my personal rebellion. Through gentleness, playfulness, joy, and discovery.

Values

What we hold to, on every journey

Presence

We create space to slow down and fully experience the moment through real movement in the mountains and time spent in the landscape.

Safety & Trust

Human and physical safety form the foundation of every journey. We guide responsibly, with respect for people's abilities, boundaries, and dignity.

Authenticity

We communicate honestly and guide with integrity. We don't promise transformations, healing, or answers to life. We hold space for each person to take what they need.

Nature as Partner

Nature is not a tool or a backdrop. We approach it with humility, care, and reciprocity. We leave only footprints and take experiences.

Personal Pace

Every participant moves through the experience in their own way. There is no pressure to perform. We guide in a way that supports people in discovering their own rhythm.

Humility & Learning

The mountains constantly remind us that learning never stops. We grow through experience, welcome feedback, and continue developing both professionally and personally.
