When you book a journey or contact us, we collect your name and email address to process your booking and communicate with you, along with booking and payment details to manage your reservation. Through the contact form we collect your name, email, and message to respond to your enquiry.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about upcoming journeys and content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We process data under contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter. Booking data is kept for the duration of the service and the applicable complaint period; accounting records as required by Slovak law (10 years); newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your data may be shared with payment providers to process your payment and email service providers to send confirmations and newsletters. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We respond within 30 days.
